EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a period of 30 days. If you don't like it by the 30th, you can return your shoes for a full refund with return label included. Finally, refunds must be requested by email or Whatsapp.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand, we change our minds too!
Once an order is placed, and you want to cancel it, please contact us by email or Whatsapp and we will cancel the order for you. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Can I return or exchange a purchase from the online store?
Yes, contact us by Whatsapp or email and we will make the exchange/return.

When will I receive my refund?
Please wait, it may take up to 90 days for our system to receive and process your return. We will send you a
refund notification email once we issue your refund.
Does Tnin Shoes offer discount codes or coupons?
At Tnin Shoes, we work hard every day to create premium quality shoes that look great and feel amazing while minimizing our impact on the planet and costs to you. Therefore, we do not offer regular discounts or sales on our products. However, we do have our Outlet and make exceptions from time to time, so be sure to sign up for our email list so you don't miss out on promotional events!

Nossos descontos não são acumulativos com promoções.
EX: O cupom de 10% OFF é válido apenas para produtos com preço cheio. Produtos no Outlet não fazem parte dos descontos.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
How are the shipments?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R$395.00. For all orders under BRL 395.00 there will be a shipping fee. Our standard shipping is via Post Office and takes approximately 3-6 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed, depending on your region.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our customer service team has received your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.
Do you do international shipments?
Yes! For international shipments, please contact us at atentimento@tninshoes.com to help you complete your purchase outside Brazil.
CARE
How do I take care of my sneakers?
-Remove the insoles and laces and brush off excess dirt with a towel or soft brush.
-Wash your shoes by hand in cold water. Use a mild detergent.
-DO NOT tumble dry - air dry your sneakers like the good old days!
-Done! Replace the sockliner and laces and go about your day.
